An exciting career opportunity has arisen for my client based in Letchworth to join their team and be part of their operation to help assist in the running of the customer services department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and exciting division of a well-established business.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0800-1630

This position will be based at their modern offices in Letchworth on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:
Inbound and outbound calls to customers
Processing customer’s placed orders.
Assisting customers with orders
General office duties
Ordering of materials

**Skills**:Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
Computer literate
Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred.
Strong work ethic and initiative

Full training will be provided internally on our own in-house computer system.

Successful applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working with a positive and friendly attitude.
