**SALES OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**
**Outskirts of Cardiff**
**Permanent - Full Time 37.5 hours**
**Salary £19,500**
Hawk 3 Recruitment are working with a specialist manufacturer based on the outskirts of Cardiff to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their estimating team on a permanent basis. Excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and develop their career within an established and successful firm.
**Job Purpose**:
- To provide a comprehensive administration service to the estimating department.
- To play an active role in supporting all estimating activities and to provide the administration Cross Cover when required
- Responsible for ensuring that all records associated with the estimating activities are accurately maintained and administered.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for accurate maintenance of estimating spreadsheets and records
- Reviewing Projects to compare information from different clients
- Maintaining Project Folders
- Supporting the estimating team and sales office manager
- Communicating with customer for any missing/required information
- Estimating
- Quote to order
- Checking DFAs against quote prior to processing order
- Quote follow ups by phone
- Provide Cross Cover for customer services

- Team player with high level of dedication.
- Excellent communication skills ie. written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft office packages ie. excel, word, outlook, powerpoint.
- Time management.
**Pay and Benefits**:
- Salary £19,500
- Holidays are 22 days plus bank holidays (up to 27 days awarded for long service)
