Sales Office Administrator

We now have an opportunity for an Office / Sales Administrator who will provide proactive and effective administrative support for their designated Sales team members. This is an office-based role and you’ll be based at our office located at Cardiff Gate Business Park, CF23 8RW. Free onsite parking is available.
**DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?**
**It is essential that you have already gained solid general office admin experience**. _If you can also offer sales admin experience then that would be beneficial._
- Proficient using Excel spreadsheets.
- Great at communicating, be that verbally or in writing.
- Numerate and pays attention to detail.
- Highly organised with good time management skills.
- Confident and demonstrates a superb ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Able to input data accurately.
- Great customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Used to, and enjoys working within, a small and busy team.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:
- Accurately processing incoming orders.
- Tracking orders through from production to completion.
- Updating your assigned team members of order updates or changes on a timely basis.
- Acting as a point of contact for client queries.
- Updating and maintaining sales and client records.
It doesn’t matter if you’re not from the print sector as full training will be provided.

As well as a salary of up to £24k, benefits include:

**WORK DAYS AND HOURS**:
- 35.75 hours / week: Monday - Thursday: 8:45am - 5:15pm. Friday 8:45am - 3:00pm.

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
