**The Team**:
Join our growing team of Global Electronic Client Coverage, Technologists and Algorithmic Salespeople, in a role responsible for driving the technical and analytical buildout for Clear Street's electronic client base across Europe. In the role of EMEA Electronic Sales and Client Head, you will be responsible for managing the support of clients, as well as providing consultation on their usage and corresponding build out of the technology and strategic alignments. The applicant must be highly motivated, self-starting, and have excellent attention to detail while working in a high pressure environment familiar with trading systems and a sharp knowledge of clients, technology and the equities regulatory landscape.

**Responsibilities and Qualifications**:

- Strategic Leadership: Help develop and execute a sales strategy for European electronic equities, aligning with overall business objectives and electronic market trends.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the European equities sales and coverage team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales and technology targets and timelines.
- Business Development: Identify and foster relationships with clients for the electronic trading business through leveraging existing customers in the US markets as well as with new clients not currently working with Clear Street.
- Client Relationship Management: Grow our client franchise by establishing strong relationships with key institutional clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions via our differentiated Clear Street technology.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance investment strategies and product offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with high touch sales & trading, research, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and enhance client satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track sales performance metrics, reporting regularly to senior management locally and in the US on progress and challenges.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Real-time support: Understand and support the algorithmic platform; including technical and functional client queries including client conflict remediation and error handling.
- Electronic Vendor Manager: Communication with exchanges, ATS and execution venues. Working knowledge of order types is helpful but not required.

**Desired Skills**:

- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in algorithmic equity trading, client sales and support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within European markets.
- Experienced people leader with a strong work ethic who can build and develop high performing teams responsible for delivering economic results
- Strong knowledge of European regulatory environment who holds current National Licenses, and a solid grasp of market competition and micro structure
- Advanced Technical skills and understanding of OMS, trading platforms, FIX gateways and exchange connectivity requirements
- Confident communicator able to quickly build relationships with external clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze market data to develop strategic insights and present to the executive committee.
