**What you’ll be doing**:
To deliver effective internal communications advice, planning and activity to the company across different functions as part of the Internal Communications team.- Meeting any deadlines for delivery of communication materials and make sure all relevant teams have the right content in a timely manner.
- Creating content in a variety of formats including digital, video and print.
- Making sure all communication is measured for its effectiveness and incorporate lessons learned into future plans.
- Attending all related meetings and keeping the relevant comms teams informed about any actions/outcomes.
- Being the primary point of contact for any communications inquiries regarding a project or campaign.
- Making sure delivery of any communications plan is on target and any changes are communicated to the relevant parties.
- Work with the?wider communications team?to develop and deliver joined-up comms and engagement strategies.
- Developing a comprehensive and effective plan for comms that caters for all impacted parties of the business.
- Engaging with and being the liaison point for the project or campaign team and the relevant communications team.
- Creating and leading working groups for projects and campaigns consisting of relevant communications team members.
**What you should bring to the role**:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.?
- Must have a high standard of verbal and written English.
- Must be fully competent in using the appropriate company IT systems and office software.
- Previous experience in communications and campaign handling -?typically?a minimum of 2-3?years experience.?
- Experience with digital channels and digital communications
