**WHOLESALE ACCOUNT SPECIALIST (AMAZON) - HYBRID WORKING**
The role of Wholesale Account Specialist (Amazon)sits in our extraordinary Wholesale department where you will be responsible for the owning the relationship between Joules and Amazon including orderbook conversion, exploring sales opportunities and process improvements.
- Day to day as a Wholesale Account Specialist:_
- Accountable for managing the Amazon account through to order book conversion
- Maximising sales opportunity through forecast management and additional opportunity buys
- Responsible for working closely with Amazon to identify key area's of focus to drive process improvement and sales
- Responsible for working with Amazon and internal stakeholders to discover and implement new shipment models e.g. direct import
- Working with Amazon and internal stakeholders to discover and implement improved ways of working e.g. EDI and API automation
- Use reporting to analyse weekly performance and identify opportunities/ areas of concern
- build strong relationships with all Amazon team and Key internal departments e.g. Merchandising
- Support and guide Amazon coordinator and Amazon Administrator in day to day tasks and account management
- Strong understanding of Amazon processes
- Responsible for providing reporting required by the business on performance and conversion
- Work closely with Clipper and logistics teams to ensure pick, pack & deliver process are being followed as per requirements
- Ensure NOS agreements are performing to both Joules and Amazon expectations
- Responsible for Identifying opportunities to drive sales in key markets outside of UK through Amazon Global store & FRITES
- Challenge ways of working where you see fit and deliver solutions
- Work to achieve personal and team objectives
- What we need you to have:_
- Strong understanding of B2B functions
- Success in building relationships with external partners & internal stakeholders
- Ability to problem solve, negotiate and make decisions
- Accurate and excellent standards of written and verbal communication
- Strong IT skills, full understanding and experience of using Microsoft office. Analytical skills & thinking and good excel knowledge
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Full driving licence & willing to travel
