B2B ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST (8MONTH FTC) - HYBRID WORKING

The role of B2B Ecommerce Specialist sits in our spectacular Wholesale department where you will be responsible for owning 'Envoy' our global B2B platform. This involves set up, populating data maintenance & reporting, sharing analysis and insight with the sales teams, merchandising and wider business.

Day to day as a B2B Ecommerce Specialist:

- Accountable for creating and maintaining the product catalogues. Building forward order catalogues by season and drive any in season offering
- Liaising with the product teams to confirm ranges to be offered by territory to ensure all available within the portal by the set deadlines
- Accountable for having all the product data, prices and studio photography from the commercial teams to have the portal ready to go live on time
- Managing imports of Joules data to the Envoy platform to support UK/EU/US users
- Partner with marketing & creative to ensure all content ready and provided in the format or each market. Upload content to the portal
- Identify, communicate, and drive resolution for any catalogue or showroom content issues
- Drive platform engagement with both internal & external stakeholders through platform demo’s & webinars
- Driving customer sales through Assortments & customer campaigns.

What we need you to have:

- Excellent time management and organisation skills and an awareness of the impact of not achieving deadlines
- Previous experience managing a critical path preferred
- Exhibits a data driven, practical approach to problem solving
- Motivated and self-starter
- Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally
