We specialise in designing sustainable solutions from moulded pulp fibre for all of your E-Commerce requirements and more, from concept to delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
- Place orders accurately into our database system, ensuring timely processing and fulfilment.
- Attend customer site visits, offering guidance on best practices and product solutions.
- Offer training to customers on product usage, handling, and sustainable packaging practices.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to identify opportunities for new business and product recommendations to existing customers.
- Update CRM systems with detailed and accurate notes regarding customer interactions, orders, and any relevant information.
- Work closely with other EGI team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication between sales, production, and customer service.
- Assist in general administrative tasks as required, including inventory management, order tracking, and customer follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in sustainable packaging solutions.
- Demonstrate an interest in sustainability and environmental responsibility.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a small team environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Benefits**:
Competitive salary - £26,000 - £28,000pa
Office based role in Central England
- Market Harborough site - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Travel is required for customer visits.
The role may occasionally require you working outside standard hours to accommodate customer needs and business demands.
25 days of annual leave (+ Bank Holidays)
