Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is suitable for individuals who possess excellent organisational skills. Experience within a similar role is welcomed but not necessary.
Office hours are 9-5, however you will be working closely with the Sales team and Managing Director, so some after-hours communication with the team may be required.
This is a fast paced and dynamic role with a generous bonus structure allowing for OTE of £50,000+
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries efficiently to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Generate and send quotations
- Reschedule appointments where required
- Update and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Track the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the team.
- Monitor multiple inboxes and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Compile and distribute daily 'to do' lists to team members.
- Proactively chase the sales team for updates and provide necessary support.
- Assist the Managing Director with various tasks and send reminders as needed.

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
