**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST AT AC HOTEL BY MARRIOTT GLASGOW**

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you can expect your working day/evenings to include the following.
- Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
- Logging issues or requests
- Answering the phones to prospective customers and guests
- Completing administration tasks
- Completing concierge services
- Preparing room bills and taking payment
- Answering guest queries, and questions about the hotel, and/or Glasgow
- Signposting guests to our Restaurant and Bar.

To succeed in the role of Front Office Receptionist you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Enthusiastic

- Strong communicatoin and interpersonal skills

- Experience of Hotel Reception or working with the General Public preferred.
