Office Admin Co-ordinator

Fun lively environment working as part of a busy admin team
- Dealing with suppliers and orders
- Tracking and chasing quotes
- Uploading data onto systems
- Being methodical with attention to details
- Able to work under pressure at times - good sense of humour essential
- Dealing with complex orders downloading data (training given)
- Taking any additional sales leads and passing on to the field sales
- Processing orders and enquires and sending out confirmations
- Update sales reports, handing details over to managers for reporting at management meetings
- Co-ordinate & distribute reports, generated within the team.
- Arrange meetings, events, diaries and travel expenses
- Provide administrative process for the central portals
- To oversee any client or company order cancellations, issue any refunds and adhoc
- To assist the Sales Manager in collating and communicating responses to enquiries on sales.
