**IT SERVICE DESK APPRENTICE**

**Salary**:
Salaries range from £12,000 - £15,000 per annum, dependent on the employer.

**You will**:
Learn about networking and architecture, cloud services, mobile and operating systems, coding and logic, helpdesk systems.

Gain invaluable real-world skills and qualifications, while earning a pay cheque too.

Get jobs like first
- or second-line helpdesk support, technical support analyst, network technician or systems engineer.

**You may be responsible for**:

- Providing first point of contact user support
- Responding to requests for assistance
- Making an initial assessment of incidents, attempting to resolve them
- Recording and tracking all the interactions
- Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults
- Liaising between service desk users and the engineering team

**You will need the following skills**:

- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Organised
