Brightside is dedicated to delivering high-quality Supported Living Services in Ashington, providing exceptional care and support for individuals with additional needs. We are currently growing our bank of staff who are looking for occasional work to cover staff holidays and sickness. This could be around existing employment, childcare responsibilities or be suited to individuals who are looking for the flexibility of occasional work.

We are seeking professional and personable individuals who are motivated and enthusiastic about working with young people with additional needs. The hours of work available could be 9am-10pm, 3pm-10pm or 7am-9am.

**Role Overview**:
As a Supported Living Team Member, you will play a key role in helping the young men live as independently as possible, supporting them to develop existing skills and acquire new ones both within the home and in the local community. The ISL supports 3 young men with a low level of additional need and does not involve personal care responsibilities.
