**The Role**
- Work with design teams on a range of innovative and high profile developments.
- Prepare high-quality reports for clients.
- Play an active part in SRE’s growing team.
- Manage Key Client Accounts, developing long-term and constructive relationships.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- 3 years minimum experience of working within the built environment.
- A relevant degree in Sustainability.
- Experience in project management, encompassing the preparation of fee proposals, budget planning, meeting deadlines, and effectively leading meetings.
- Provide clients with high-quality technical and strategic advice on a broad range of sustainability services including BREEAM and pre-planning assessments.
- Hold a BREEAM New Construction Assessor licence
- Experience in the UK planning system and legislation relevant sustainability requirements
- Work with design teams on a range of innovative and high profile developments.
- Prepare high-quality reports for clients.
- Manage Key Client Accounts, developing long-term and constructive relationships.

In addition to the above, experience in the following areas is desirable:

- BREEAM Advisory Professional
- Use of One Click or other LCA software
- A building/sustainability/materials related MSc
- Experience advising on net zero buildings
- BREEAM In-Use Assessor
- BREEAM Refurbishment & Fit Out Assessor
- Home Quality Mark Assessor

The job will be full-time and based in central Guildford, Surrey. Salary will be based on experience and ability.
