Blackwaters are recruiting a SOX Consultant to work with our Surrey based Client in developing and rolling out a new process in line with new UK SOX regulations.
The role involves the review and development of the existing audit framework in order to accommodate the corporate governance requirements of the UK Sox. The resulting process must be sustainable, cost effective and value adding and must be scalable in orderto adapt with the ongoing changes in the business. Once created, the new framework will be piloted across a selection of companies within the European portfolio.
It is essential that you are happy to undertake European travel for 4 months circa 1 week per month in order to conduct the pilots.
