Office Angels are currently recruiting for a**Personal Assistant/Office Administrator** for our client based in **Bracknell**.
**Role**:Personal Assistant/Office Administrator
**Location**:Bracknell
**Salary**: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
**An overview of the role**:
- Manage the day to day running of the office
- Answer the telephone
- Order office and site supplies
- Greet visitors
- Provide administration support
- Administration duties for the Managing Director
- Diary management
- Take and distribute minutes
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Coordinate with IT and telephone providers to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Liaise with the Commercial Manager to prepare Tenders
- Monitor and respond to sales enquiries
- Any ad hoc admin duties as required
- Previous administration/PA experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in using Microsoft packages including Excel
- Team player
- Able to work on own initiative
