Part Wall Services is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative Office Assistant to join their family business. In this role you will be responsible for administration, call handling, bookkeeping and general assistance to the surveyors. The roleis fast paced and demanding yet rewarding.
**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Office Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Arrange and book site meetings as necessary.
- Preparing Documents and Quotes from templates.
- Answering all calls coming to the main office telephone number and screening them.
- Providing assistance and support to the surveyors.
- General bookkeeping on an online automated system.
- General administration duties including filing, archiving, scanning and photocopying.
**The Company
Party Wall Services provides expert surveying services in neighbourly matters including party wall and boundary disputes.We also offer Mediation services. We have experience and expertise in a diverse range of party wall issues and chair forums for theFaculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
**The Person
The key skills and qualities of an Office Assistant are:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Exceptional organisational, IT and communication skills
- Self-motivated and manage their own workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively proof read documents
- Strong problem-solving skills
