Sales Office Administrator

Company**:TranAm Ltd, UK** -wholesaler of premium motorcycle clothing, pet clothing and ski wear.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Office Administrator at Tranam. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and returns from our UK stockists
- Assist with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and update sales records and databases
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and excel based tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or retail environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles
- Some knowledge of motorbike apparel would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given
Working hours are Mon-Thur 8.30-5pm and 8.30-4pm on a Friday (36.5 hrs p/w)
