**Position Available: Retrofit Quality Assessor**

CES is at the forefront of providing energy efficiency solutions in domestic properties, specialising in transformative measures like insulation upgrades, Air Source Heat Pump-powered central heating systems, and Solar PV installations. As we continue to grow, we need a committed Retrofit Quality Assessor to uphold the highest standards in implementing these energy-efficient measures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Joining our Make Your Home Better Team, you'll be responsible for conducting on-site evaluations of completed properties, ensuring installation quality and compliance across various criteria. You'll document any defective work and communicate findings for necessary improvements.

We will require you to mostly cover the North Wales area and be willing to travel and stay over up to 3 nights per week.

**Required Skills**:

- Thorough understanding of retrofitting energy efficiency measures, including Heating & Heat Pump installations, Solar PV systems, and Installation upgrades (including internal wall insulation, room in roof and lofts).
- Background in Heating & Heat Pump installations.
- Ability to assess and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Meticulous inspection of completed installations to identify faults.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal teams and customers.
- Capability to compile and deliver comprehensive electronic reports.
