**Our Technical & Compliance department is expanding and we need 10 more to join our highly driven successful team.**
In your role as **ECO Administrator,** you will support the CES Team delivering compliant retrofit projects to Energy Companies. The role is target driven and offers a bonus structure that has a high earning potential.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 until 17:00 and 09:00 until 16:00 on a Friday.
**Salary**: £20,232.68 per year **PLUS** up to £1,500 bonus per month.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **FULL TRAINING PROVIDED** - Quality control check of retrofit assessments, to confirm adequate supporting evidence are gathered by retrofit assessors and accuracy of the dwelling information.
- Generate an improvement plan for each retrofit project, following fabric first and whole house approach, based on retrofit assessment data.
- Ensure all retrofit projects achieve an improvement in energy rating and a reduction in Carbon emissions, guaranteeing the best outcome for our customers and their homes (real savings in energy bills).
- Establish relationships with other departments to guarantee an efficient delivery process, meeting all technical and compliance aspects.
- Take ownership of retrofit projects, ensuring all industry standards are met and providing constructive feedback to other departments.
- Coordinate and deliver compliant retrofit projects to Energy Companies.
**Skill Requirements**:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great concentration allowing you to screen data for long periods of time.
- Accuracy is paramount in this role.
- Proficient in Excel and internet-based work, especially working on Google-spreadsheets and using portals to verify documents.
- Willingness to continuously learn.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
**Desired knowledge/experience**:
- An understanding of ECO Scheme requirements, PAS2035:2019, PAS2030:2019, Building regulations and RdSAP Conventions.
- Knowledge in building construction and energy efficiency measures.
