We are seeking talented **Retrofit Project Designers** to join our dynamic team. With comprehensive training provided, you'll gain the tools and knowledge to excel in this role. Enjoy a realistic earning potential of up to £34,000.00 annually

**About the Role**

As a **Retrofit Project Designer**, you'll be integral to our team, planning the installation of energy solutions in our customers' homes. Your work will ensure successful installations, helping homeowners reduce energy bills and carbon emissions while enhancing their property's value.

**Salary**: £22,308.00 annually, plus a potential bonus of up to £1,000 per month.

**Working Hours**:Monday 09:00 - 17:30; Tuesday 09:00 - 18:15; Wednesday 09:30 - 18:30; Thursday 10:00 - 18:30 and Friday 09:00 - 16:00

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Organise and manage project designs to ensure timely, successful project completion.
- **Design Expertise**: Utilise your understanding of design principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with project teams, installation departments, technical surveyors, and engineers.
- **Communication**: Clearly convey ideas, actively listen, and offer constructive feedback.
- **Problem-Solving**: Find creative solutions and adapt to changing circumstances.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure design specifications are followed and project deliverables meet quality standards by reviewing design documents and layouts.
- **Time Management**: Effectively manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.

**Required Skill Set**:

- Strong coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork abilities
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of design software like Pashub, Fastfield, Dropbox, and Google Sheets
- Ability to read and modify technical drawings/house plans with retrofit designs
