**Business Administrator**

We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our quickly expanding organisation, to develop their career and grow with the company.

**Salary**: £24,000 - £27,000

**Location**: Office / onsite 5 days a week - The Dock, 75 Exploration Drive, Leicester, LE4 5NU

**Job role / description**:

- Providing office support
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Researching company data and archived reports
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Following up on business communications
- Ordering / sourcing materials
- Sourcing / hiring machinery and plant
- Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Building relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
- Raising purchases orders
- Construction workforce labour scheduling
- Payroll reconciliation for construction workforce
- Updating training schedule for construction workforce
- Liaising with stakeholders to provide project updates

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a highly motivated administrator who can work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of the wider team.

Proven experience in the following areas are essential for this role:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in administration
- Knowledge or previous role in construction is advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft office suite

**Skill requirements**:

- Strong IT literate skills - Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and google workspace
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Strong organisational skills
- Multi-tasking
- Reporting
- Procurement / buying skills including negotiating with suppliers
- Problem solving
- Bookkeeping skills would be an advantage

**Personality requirements**:

- Positive outgoing personality to achieve and work collaboratively
- Welcomes opinions of other to find the best outcome
- Excellent attention to detail
- Process driven and likes order
- Good phone manner and positive can do attitude

20 days of holiday plus bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
