**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Customer Service Assistant, your role will include providing outstanding service at our café and bar, assisting with ice cream sales, and ensuring smooth operations during theatre events. You’ll also contribute to stock control, cash handling, and help maintain a clean and safe environment for all.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for enthusiastic team players who can work independently and as part of a team. You’ll need strong attention to detail, flexibility to work non-standard hours, and a genuine empathy for customer service. Experience in hospitality or a similar field is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential.

**Bonus Points**:
If you have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, previous experience in hospitality, or knowledge of the leisure industry, you’ll stand out even more. Being over 18 is essential due to licensing laws, and a passion for delivering top-tier service will make you the perfect fit for our team.
