The Pavilion is located along Exmouth seafront, boasting exceptional landscaped gardens, a large auditorium and bar/café and, to top it off, beautiful views of the sea. The Pavilion Café is open every day and all of our food is of top quality using local produce.

Being the first point of contact for customers entering Exmouth Pavilion, you must be able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with customers, either face to face or via the telephone. You will be operating the till, preparing and selling food and drink (as required) and generally ensuring a great service is received by all our customers.

**As a Casual Bar Team Member, your responsibilities will be;**
- To assist with the safe and efficient running of the Exmouth Pavilion, ensuring that all safety, customer service and quality standards are met
- To ensure high levels of customer service and quality control are maintained at all times throughout the complex
- To assist in the food and beverage operations as required, including open/close down procedures, service, stock control and cash control.
- To assist with the general cleaning of the facility as required.
- To assist management in supervising the use of facilities by all guests, ensuring that high standards of safety are maintained for both customers and staff.
- To ensure that the facilities comply with Fire, Health and Safety, Food and Hygiene Regulations; reporting any issues to the management team.

- A positive and outgoing personality
- The ability to communicate clearly
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Empathy with public and customers and their perceptions
- Willingness to work non-standard hours
- First Aid Training (desirable)
