**ERP Support Analyst**

**Role**: ERP Support Analyst

**Location**: East Central London

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000

My client is a global manufacturing company who constantly adapt to change in every region. They are looking for an experienced ERP Support Analyst to join their IT support team and implement, analyse, maintain and support their Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) systems to improve efficiency and business operations. **This company provides some amazing benefits listed at the bottom**

**Duties**:

- Investigate, troubleshoot and solve ERP system issues in EMEA region
- Design test cases and conduct user acceptance test, integration & system testing
- Prepare system and user documentations and conduct end-users training
- Provide post implementation supports (including production system and future enhancement)
- Maintain and enhance existing system based on end-users' requirement
- Good understanding of manufacturing, logistics & supply chain processes
- 5 years of system support experience (problem solving and troubleshooting)
- Strong project management skills

**Desirable skills**:

- AS/400 and/or RPG/400 knowledge
- CRM solutions (SalesForce)
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Open source development (Java etc.)
