**What are we looking for?**

The Patient Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Medical Secretary Team and provide administrative support of the highest quality to consultants, performing a variety of duties to support consultants such as handling telephone calls, liaising with patients, scheduling and dealing with all related correspondence. The role will also require effective and sensitive communication with patients to provide a world class service and patient experience.

**What we need from you**:

- Medical administration
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience working in a private healthcare setting is desirable
- Experience of using Electronic Medical Records Systems is essential
- Experience of private practice management software is desirable
