**Lettings Administrator/Negotiator**

I am currently recruiting for an experienced **Lettings Administrator/Negotiator** for my established, well known estate agent based in Great Barr, on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a company of experts with more than 30 years of experience selling properties.

We are ideally looking for an individual with around 2-years experience within a similar role and looking for a long-term opportunity to progress.

Applicants with good Administration and Customer experience skills from other areas of the property industry, will be considered, for which extensive training and support will be given.

**About the role**:

- Build & Maintain strong client relationships
- Provide exceptional client service
- Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
- Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment & activity level
- Qualify applicant, arrange and conduct viewings
- Negotiate between Landlords and tenants
- Polite Telephone manner and able to communicate details effectively
- Referencing progression
- Arrange move in contract pack and conduct office-based move in appointments
- Post move in actions and provide valuation cover
- Reporting activity daily to Assistant Manager

**Hours & Pay**:

- Monday to Friday - 9am till 5:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturday's - 9am till 2pm

**Person specifics**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Processing enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating Lets
- Progressing Referencing
- Conducting move in appointments and post move actions
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to transport during work hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Great Barr: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
