**Lettings Property Manager - Great Barr - up to £25k**

Great opportunity to join this independent multi branch agent who have built up an impressive reputation over many years. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willingto learn but also able to use your own initiative. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally withina similar property related role.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration.

**Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role**:

- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- Well presented
- Strong attention to detail

**Working Hours** - Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30 and if a Saturday is worked you will get a day off in lieu
