Job Title: Lettings Valuer/Negotiator

Location: Great Barr

Basic: up to £24,000 - £25,000

OTE: £27,000+

A unique opportunity for a Lettings Valuer/Negotiator to join our client dynamic team at the Great Barr Office. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual with a strong background in the property sector. This role offers excellent career progression and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Effectively manage your time to maximize appointments and activity levels.
  • Identify client requirements and match them with suitable properties from our portfolio.
  • Maintain a professional and polite telephone manner while effectively communicating details.
  • Qualify applicants, arrange, and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate between landlords and tenants to secure successful tenancies. 
  • Oversee the referencing progression process.
  • Create and manage move-in contract packs.
  • Conduct office-based move-in appointments.
  • Report daily activity to the manager.
  • Deliver exceptional client service at all times.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar lettings role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and target-driven approach.
  • A full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).

  • Have good organisational skills.
  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence.
  • Be insured for business use.

​​​​​Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Annual Leave: 20 days (rising to 25) plus Bank Holidays
