ShortList Recruitment are working with a leading financial business in London who are experiencing significant growth and as a result have a requirement for a Proposition Lead to join their expanding team.

The Proposition Lead will be customer focused, forward-thinking and analytically minded. The role requires extensive experience working on end to end delivery of propositions across brand, products and distribution.

Key responsibilities for the Proposition Lead:

- Perform customer research to understand customer needs and implement them during design process of the proposition
- Support the delivery of products against key milestones
- Understand and develop detail on the MVP, clarify online and offline journeys and support identification of exception scenarios
- Maintain workstream leads to understand the proposition, whilst ensuring alignment across workstreams back into the proposition.

Skills required:

- At least 2 years’ experience within a Proposition Development, Delivery or Digital Design role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An enthusiastic approach and strong team player
- Passionate about customer and user experience with a strong customer centric outlook
- Experience within a Business Analysis role would be beneficial
- Strong technical understanding of digital products and delivery

The successful Proposition Lead will be adaptable and embrace change. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be confident making decisions in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. The role offers a salary of up to £95,000 plus a great benefits package.

The role is based in London and is easily commutable from Old Street, Bank, Liverpool Street or Moorgate Station.
