This role could suit someone with experience leading digital propositions, ready for a step up, or keen to bring their expertise in customer engagement to a flagship platform.A bit about the jobYou'll lead the development and delivery of our Aviva Score proposition and help to drive proposition alignment and development within MyAviva. This role exists to create meaningful propositions that help customers manage their Wealth, Health, and Home needs. You'll work across Digital, Data, and Marketing teams, collaborating with senior leaders to shape and implement strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable outcomes. Your focus will be to define the future of Aviva Score as our flagship One Aviva proposition, ensuring compliance and optimising campaigns. You will also consider how our existing propositions can combine more seamlessly to create a brilliant experience for customers that meets their needs today and in the future.Skills and experience we're looking for Proven experience shaping and delivering propositions with a strong digital and customer engagement focus. Ability to think strategically and innovatively, creating future proposition experiences and new ways of working. Skilled at storytelling and simplifying complex ideas, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders. Strong commercial mindset with experience building business cases and using data-driven analysis to measure impact.
