About the Role:
The Proposition and Service Lead is responsible for developing and managing the service propositions for our clients. This role involves creating professional proposition collateral to support in winning and retaining business. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to meet client needs, enhancing the overall client experience. The Proposition and Service Lead will work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with business strategies and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage product and service propositions to meet the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Broker & Client Distribution, Underwriters, Claims teams, and Risk Engineers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
- Focus on the production of high-quality proposition collateral to support new business bids, renewal proposals, stewardship reports and additional materials as required.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service propositions and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on service propositions and client management.

- Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and managing bid/sales pitch and service propositions.
- Strong knowledge of P&C and Specialty products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Strong project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for business as required.
