**Administrator - Repairs Coordinator**

Working out of our Great Yarmouth office, predominantly working on our Great Yarmouth Borough Council contract of approx. 5700 properties, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00.

**Main duties**:

- Liaising with engineers to gather information on required works and parts from appointments
- Ordering boiler spares and parts from local merchants
- Scheduling work for repair and maintenance engineers
- Inputting appointment data to our in-house IT system
- Updating clients with completed work reports
- Running the spares/parts store area in our offices

**Other duties include**:
Basic admin duties including answering phone calls and data entry.

**You will need**:
You will have previous experience of working alongside a team; you will have the ability to prioritise your work and act on your own initiative, preferred experience working in the heating industry with knowledge on boiler spares, good IT skills, outlook, excel and word
