**Role Overview**
The Resource Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing and allocating resources to support the delivery of projects and operations across the organisation. This includes coordinating personnel and logistics to ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

**Main tasks of job**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Personnel Coordination**

Schedule and assign Technicians and support staff to projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Maintain accurate records of staff availability, certifications, and training compliance.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for personnel as required.

**Project Support**

Collaborate with Project Managers to identify resource needs and address gaps in personnel or equipment.
Provide regular updates on resource allocation and availability to stakeholders.

**Compliance and Documentation**

Ensure all personnel certifications and qualifications are up to date and meet project requirements.
Maintain resource management records and prepare reports for senior management.

**Continuous Improvement**

Identify opportunities to enhance resource utilisation and efficiency.
Support the implementation of new processes, systems, or technologies to improve resource management.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in resource coordination, scheduling, or project support roles, preferably in the energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in resource management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
