DescriptionNetwork Coordinator 9059 Secondment Opportunity / Temporary Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover for 10 months 37 hours per week 26403 to 28142 per annum Grade E Great Yarmouth GreyfriarsAn opportunity has arisen for a highly focused organised and resourceful Network Coordinator to support one of our In Care Teams within our Corporate Parenting Service.We are looking for a competent administrator who is well organised and self-motivated to undertake this role. You will have experience of working in an office environment giving a high level of customer service the ability to prioritise tasks effectively multi-task work to tight deadlines adaptability and manage information accurately and sensitively.In this position you will be required to communicate effectively at all levels have excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word Excel and databases.You will work closely with the Team Manager Social Workers Personal Advisors other Network Coordinators and Practice Coordinators to support the frontline staff and our children and young people. Below is a list of tasks that you would assist and complete though it is not exhaustive:Ensure key meetings are arranged coordinating with internal and external professionals as well as familiesMinuting of meetings as requiredTracking of group supervisionsSupport the financial processes e.g. raising purchase orders reconciliation invoicing setting up paymentsCoordinate information on bespoke systemsTravel and booking arrangement for staffDuty rotasCollating and sending assessmentsCreating and maintaining trackersWe have ambitious plans to shape how we work with families placing practitioners and relationship-based practice at the heart of what we do.
