SUMMARYResponsible for managing and coordination of the operational services of the business to meet each of the project deliverables as set in the product/service realisation process.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide interface and maintain excellent customer relations with client operationsRaising quotations and documenting on the quotation registerGenerate work scopes from quotations/PO including material lists (bill of materials BOM) and execution strategies. Project Manager is responsible for populating resource quotations for BOM or providing comprehensive list to supply chain co-ordinator to populateLeading kick off, continuation and close out meetingsEnsure projects are effectively resourced including, personnel, materials, and equipment requirementsProcurement monitoring for project executionEnsure timely and accurate collation of project and field data including timesheet hours, rope hours, % progress (if applicable) on a daily basis (or as set out in the KOM) to satisfy business and client requirements and also for project close out and invoiceCommunicate effectively and routinely with operations team to ensure efficient project progressionVisit clients as required in the UK and overseas.When required, raise Variation Order requests (VOR) and submit to clientHave sufficient knowledge of the project master work pack and associated documents within that relating to procedural compliance and technical documentationConsciousness of Project budgetsEnsure correct protocol is followed for project close outFully comply with Stowen QMSREQUIREMENTSQualifications: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExperience: 3 years in an operational environment.Medical: To be physically and mentally fit for carrying out all duties and fulfilling responsibilities.Training: Knowledge of SAGE. MS Word, Excel, Access and Sharepoint.
