**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing of financial documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Xero.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members across the organisation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15,262.50-£28,960.60 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
