I am currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a fast-growing global pharmaceutical company. They are a dynamic business with facilities in the UK and the US, employing more than 800 of which 55 are located at the Deeside site.

Reporting directly to the Senior UK HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR team, managers, and employees in the implementation of HR programmes, policies and practices.

This is a standalone role and fully supported by your colleagues in Newcastle and the USA. You will respond to employee and managers enquiries, questions, and issues; and provide information, guidance and direction on company and site HR programmes, processesand procedures.

You will continue to provide administrative support to the HR functions in the areas of HRIS, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and onboarding, employment, employee relations, offboarding and training and you will participate in site and companywide-programmesand initiatives such as wellbeing, absence management, organisational development, recruitment, performance review cycles and cultural programmes.

Ideally you will have a minimum two years’ experience, or you may be looking to get back into HR. This is an organisation with real purpose, making a difference with a great culture.
