**Front of House/Receptionist - Full time 5 DAYS PER WEEK including some weekends £26,000 - £30,000 PRO RATA DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE**

A new luxury medical clinic based in the heart of West London. The clinic specialises in Medical and Aesthetic procedures. You will be working as part of a dynamic team directly with medical consultants and working closely with the Medical Director. If you are energetic, motivated, looking to learn more and grow in the industry you will go very far.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a full time, motivated and hardworking and approachable person for this new clinic.
- Meet and greet patients.
- Booking appointments.
- Ensuring a high standard of hygiene throughout the non-clinical areas.
- Coordinating and managing the diary
- To liaise with clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the clients journey within the clinic.
- Answering phone calls.
- Ensure all the client’s needs are met while visiting the clinic to deliver 5 star customer service.
- Record keeping for client’s database as appropriate.
- Planning and coordinating clinic events
- Ad hoc receptionist and administrative tasks
- Cashiering and sale of products

**Skills and Experience**:

- You will receive extensive training in our services and products in addition to role related training. Knowledge of industry essential.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Approachable, personable and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight customers and improve their experience.
- Enjoy working in fast paced environment.
- A team player with exceptional planning and organising skills
