**Job Description Summary**

Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Front of House Receptionist, covering an esteemed building on King William Street in London.

Your responsibilities will be to deliver a first class Front of House experience, welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

As a Receptionist you will be providing a safe, seamless and integrated service within the building. You will work along side the security and workplace experience teams as the initial touchpoint upon client and guest arrival.

**Your Main Responsibilities Will Be**
- Welcome all Occupiers & Guests to ensure their arrival and departure experience is genuine, friendly and efficient
- Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally
- Deal with any queries from Occupiers/Guests and offer assistance in resolving issues.
- Maintain and submit monthly site reports as specified for your respective site
- Liaise and assist with the coordination of Building contractors and and have an awareness of works being carried out within the building
- Report any relevant information and issues to Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
- Ensure that all temporary and flexible contracted team members have been trained to Cushman and Wakefield Front of House standards and specifications
- Create rapports with Occupiers/Guests and maintain excellent professional relationships
- Ensure that all Front of House areas are well presented, clean and tidy at all times
- Log any Building Faults/Issues with the Cushman & Wakefield Helpdesk
- Carry out any administrative tasks assigned including financial data management
- Categorizing post/couriers and delivering to Occupiers/Guests where needed
- Ensure all Visitors/Guests are signed in
- Assist Occupiers/Guests with Concierge services like restaurant reservations & local recommendations, transportation arrangements, dry cleaning pick up and drop off
- Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the Building Management team as and when required

This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive first impression and that the client and visitor workplace journey is memorable and effortless.
