What you will be doing

The purpose of this role is to lead and profitably grow either a group of client relationships or a single client relationship. Responsible for building a trusted relationship with the client. Understanding the needs of the client’s business and identifying opportunities for the dentsu Service Line to support them. Lead and manage the client team and capabilities required to deliver business driving ideas and solutions for the client. Ultimately, increasing Dentsu’s share of wallet with that client.

The difference you’ll make- Setting the direction: WW strategy planning, WW trading, WW media activation for the client brand. Be brand focused and media expert in everything. Be resolutely global.- Managing the Business -delivering the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients.- Managing relationships -owning the senior client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client.- Partners leadership: leads media partners to deliver best value to the client, including firsts, exclusives, trading & soft value.- Proactive Client Development -delivers against specific client cross sell and upsell opportunities into the Dentsu P&L.

What you’ll bring- Experienced in being able to define and write global media strategies in multiple markets.- Ability to identify and brief global publishers.- Understanding/experience and culture regarding Japan; Korea; China and the US in the international fashion space.- Media Agency experience in luxury fashion/direct fashion- Low funnel understanding, search & retargeting

It would also be nice for you to have- Experience in managing a smaller teams and larger indirect teams.- The ability to showcase your resilience and tenacity in a tough and competitive market

What else you need to know

This is a permanent role based in London.

Note that if based in London the individual must be willing to travel to Milan at least bi-monthly.
