The Role…

Sitting at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and commercial growth, the
Global Client Partner
plays a pivotal role in driving success for some of the world's most iconic brands. One of two in the global team, you'll lead multi-market client and agency relationships, manage a small team, and work cross-functionally with Hearst's international network to deliver innovative, high-performing campaigns.

This 12-Month FTC offers a rare opportunity to shape key partnerships across the
UK and Netherlands
, with the scope to expand into markets including
Germany, the Middle East, and the Nordics
.

You'll drive commercial performance across all
Hearst Global platforms - print and digital -
covering Content Partnerships, Display, Programmatic, Social, and Events. The role isn't tied to one vertical, so your portfolio could span
athleisure, fashion, travel, tech, and automotive
. With global partners like
Nike, Pandora, PVH, and Apple
, you'll be working at the top tier - building creative, data-driven solutions that deliver real results and lasting impact.

Main Duties…

  • Develop and deliver strategic plans to exceed revenue targets for assigned clients and agencies, in partnership with the Head of Global Sales.
  • Identify and convert both short- and long-term commercial opportunities across all revenue streams and markets.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring Hearst remains front-of-mind across planning, buying, and partnership teams.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, educating clients and agencies on Hearst's full suite of solutions and best practices.
  • Oversee the quality and effectiveness of sales materials, market insights, and presentations, while representing Hearst at key industry and client events.
  • Collaborate with the Global Creative Strategy team to position Hearst as a leader in creativity, innovation, and partnership excellence.

  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets, driven by a strong commercial mindset and a focus on results.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with established client and agency connections, known for delivering best-in-class service and long-term partnership value.
  • Confident communicator who can influence and engage at every level - from internal stakeholders to C-suite decision-makers - while collaborating seamlessly across teams and markets.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Ideally, you'll bring insight into - or relationships within - key international markets such as Germany, the Nordics, the Netherlands, the Middle East and the UK, helping to unlock new opportunities across regions.
