**Service Implementation Lead - Glasgow - £65K**
As Service Implementation Lead you will ensure that all service deliverables have been identified and understood by your team with all services fit to use and in place prior to going live.
This is an opportunity to collaborate, lead and galvanize internal teams and strategic partners to deliver the Products and Services Group wide.
Working on large complex projects you will work with stakeholders, providing support excellent Service Implementation.
Role Involves:
- Engaging and agreeing service requirements with Incident, Problem, Change and Service Teams
- Ensuring business service requirements built in to live service and tools as required
- Processing reviews and documenting changes in Services and management into Live Environments
- Developing Change Management plans to support effective deployment of change to impacted user groups
- Defining and managing the process of deploying and integrating IT capabilities into the business in a way that is sensitive to, and fully compatible with, business operations
**Requirements**:
- ITIL foundation certificate ideally in Service Design, Service Transition and Service Operations
- Demonstrated ability in good working relationships with Business and Technology teams to collate requirements, co-ordinate design work and drive the team
- Experience of service designs implementation for infrastructure services within large organisations
- Experience of end user and collaboration technologies
- Solid knowledge of risk and control, able to design and implement processes with robust controls
