With diverse opportunities across our businesses and a commitment to invest in our own internal talent, ScottishPower can offer people real career opportunities that meet personal and professional goals, in a global organisation.What you'll be doingDevelopment of critical process and system projects, linked to key RIIO ED1 & ED2 output drivers and efficienciesManagement and delivery of critical process and IT projects, to agreed quality and project timescales, demonstrating business value in solutions deployedPlanning and managing the interdependencies between workstreams and other Transformation projectsAssist budget forecast, tracking and managing delivery of agreed financial investmentManaging the project risks, including the development of contingency plansEnsuring that contracted project deliverables are tracked against requirements / roadmap delivery, from contract placement through to final delivery by suppliersDelivering the Change Management strategy and plan, ensuring an effective transition to BAU and impacted people are communicated and trained appropriatelyEnsuring appropriate measures are developed and implemented to validate delivery of expected benefits, improvements and that the solution is adopted and embedded effectivelyManagement of day to day project resources to help deliver the projects in line with agreed scope and timelines.Line management responsibilities of up to 2 Analysts or Admin roles if and where appropriate. These could vary within and across Value Streams at differing times depending on the key deliverables.What You'll BringWe are looking for a proactive and motivated professional with previous experience of project management delivering complex projects to time and budget, delivering successful outcomes and the necessary changes to business processes for implementation.The successful candidate should have the ability to translate data via algorithms into management information and output measures, be able to devise solutions to complex problems/challenges and translating business requirements into working visual solutions.Skills and RequirementsExperience of delivering Agile based projects in both an Agile and Waterfall context ensuring integration of Agile delivery methods with more traditional models where appropriateUnderstanding of change management principles and has experience in delivering change effectively into and organisation (PROSCI ADKAR knowledge is desirable)Ability to build relationships, fostering trust and collaboration across boundaries at all levels with external and internal stakeholdersA good knowledge of standard IT applications, for example web mapping, analytical programming and data layers is requiredGood awareness and understanding of data protection and cyber considerationsAbility to balance technical / IT skills with core operational customer needs to deliver a good quality solution on time that meets all stakeholder needsMS SuiteReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Morson Talent by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
