In the role of **Trainee** **Qualified Person (QP),** you will have a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills to feel confidently equipped at the end of your training to act as a Qualified Person (QP) for Certification and Batch Release of finished products and Investigational Medicinal Products within our Morpeth site, all the while being part of a strong and supportive team.

Throughout your training you will be sponsored by the EU Quality Director for Morpeth who will mentor and coach you to support agreed deliverables and learning towards your viva qualification. It will be hoped that your viva should be complete within 3 years of starting in your role.

During your training you will rotate across several job roles and departments to support your development and growth of the required areas. Upon appointment a full skills assessment would take place to ensure the training was prioritised appropriately based on your current knowledge and skills.

During your training period you will be involved in key site projects and initiative that will support improvements within both the quality team and operations. You will also work closely with the customer quality team to provide support for onsite and customer audits.

You will be responsible for completion of the training material as specified in your relevant study guide. You will proactively organise and attend experience visits to support your QP Application.

Essential Experience:

- A degree that allows full membership of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) or the Royal Society of Biology (RSB).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Acquired technical knowledge of current guidelines and GMP's.
