Job Summary Amble and Broomhill are looking for a Salaried GP to work part time or full time and join our practice across both Amble and Broomhill sites. We are a teaching practice that develops future workforce, medical students, nursing students, and continues staff development. We encourage candidates with teaching interest and those exploring special interests. We have regular team meetings and a family atmosphere promoting inclusive, open, and positive work culture. Main Duties of the Job As a GP—part of Northumbria Primary Care Ltd (NPC)—you will operate the surgery with flexibility and independence, backed by management support to focus on clinical priorities. You will be a key clinician, providing primary medical services and managing a wide range of health needs. A job plan will align you with the team's clinical goals. Work with a multidisciplinary practice team to provide general medical services for the practice population and contribute to the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. Manage a busy caseload and a wide range of health needs in primary care. Contribute to operational and strategic management of practices within NPC and pursue personal and professional development across primary and secondary care.
