Warehouse Stock Controller
Our client Based in the Hemel Hempstead area, we are looking for a Warehouse Stock Controller to join this very busy team of four. This is a new position due to the increased volume of business. If you are looking for a full-time role in a busy environment,please do not delay as immediate interviews are available.
Our client is a large company within the health and wellbeing sector and has undergone enormous growth in the last few years. As the company grows, the role can evolve to, so there are excellent promotional prospects moving forward.
Your day to day duties will include Maintain Health and Safety, Quality and Hygiene guidelines, Checking stock levels regularly, Updating stock information on the SAP, Comparing items received against items ordered, Implementing or improving processes andprocedures, Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies, Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedure, Preforming random checks and audits, Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages, Ensure productstock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand to customers, Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, Use software to monitor demand and documentation characteristics, Place orders to replenish stock avoidanceinsufficiencies or excessive surplus, Analyse current status to anticipate future needs, Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met, Report to upper management on stock levels and stock issues, Overseeing and planninga complete stock audit's a minimum three times a year.
You will display qualities of organisation, be results focused, achieve and exceed customer expectations and make fast decisions balancing both intuition and facts. You will also be a team player, personable and trustworthy. You have strong IT skills, excellentknowledge of SAP and data analysis and forecasting methods and It essential for have a Reach Trust Licence.
The company offer an attractive salary between £27,000-£29,000 per annum. Benefits include, free car parking, a canteen onsite and pension.
