Office Administrator

You will play a vital team role apart of our commercial department, carrying out a variety of tasks in accordance with our current policies and procedures, along with any new and improved systems that you can bring to the team

The role will include (but is not limited to):
- Various administration tasks such as the completion of comissioing certificates and inputting supplier invoices on accounting software
- Co-ordinating any customer care requirements with our clients, such as booking in jobs, and making sure jobs have been completed
- General office tasks such as reviewing employee timesheets, and holiday requests
- Acting as the office receptionist to answer any incoming calls or visitors that come into the office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
