**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Representation**: Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and representing our clients in a professional yet friendly manner.

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty, satisfaction, and a seamless service experience.
