We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Experience in sales or upselling is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an asset.

**Organizational**:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer transactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or issues promptly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations or customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,286.52 per year
